Hands on Rehabilitation Center is a privately owned outpatient rehabilitation center providing physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and massage therapy. We also provide home care for home bound patients within Nassau and Queens County. At hands on rehabilitation center, we assess the needs of the patients and provide effective and efficient interventions to our patients and their respective physical, occupational, and speech related impairments with objective outcome measures that are delivered in an ethical and educational environment. We also offer massage therapy to impairments, related to patient's muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. Hands on Rehabilitation Center offers hands on approach by involving patients at every step of the process and encourage them to take charge of their health and well being.
