The basic concept here is to provide world class facilities and best coaches under one roof to train potential sports person in India. It aims to identify potential in athletes at a very early stage and prepare them for the toughest Championship in the world.The Promoting Body for UPACA Sports Centre of Excellence, "Uttam Prakash Agarwal Shiksha Pariwar" (UPASP), is a Sec. 8 company registered under The Companies Act, 2013. UPASP is an endeavour totally dedicated towards educational as well as societal welfare by CA. Uttam Prakash Agarwal and his professional colleagues from diversified fields. It has envisaged Sports Centre of Excellence as an exemplary hub for learning and training in all the streams of sports.
