A social enterprise, Crop Swap LA has quickly became a homegrown food and wellness movement with 100+ residents involved. With over 15 acres offered to us so far, we are creating a cooperative infrastructure of urban gardeners and local sustainability experts to eliminate the growing nutrition gaps and food injustices in the City of Los Angeles. Ultimately, we intend to create an infrastructure where the highest quality foods and natural remedies are available locally; effectively transforming Los Angeles into the world's largest urban farm.1. We run a crop swap, where neighbors bring extra veggies, fruits, herbs, and valuable homemade items to trade and swap; all for free. 2. We founded and partner with the West Adams Farmers Market at 1968 West Adams Blvd., Sundays 9-1pm. COVID-safe.3. We hold community workshops on gardening topics for kids and experts.
