This has had the dual benefit of enhancing the opportunities and earning potential of those individuals and the lives of their families and communities.We deliver a wide range of programmes which, above all, focus on people. People receive tailored advice, support and opportunities in order to achieve a better future. The support we give recognises people's circumstances and is tailored to addressing the barriers that they face. ELECT provide a comprehensive package of services and support that help people to gain the technical skills required to start a business, or secure sustainable employment.
