Our firm which has been producing sauce over 30 years has established its own manufactory to produce traditional pepper sauce in Second Industry Zone of Gaziantep in 1998 and began to produce home-made type pepper sauce.It is our firm, ÖNCÜ that produced the first home-made type pepper sauce in Turkey.Our firm, established its first manufactory in a 100000m2 uncovered land in Gökçen town of Tine district in 2001 and its second manufactory in a 30000m2 covered land encouraged the local farmers to sow tomato and then began to produce tomato paste in 2002.In addition to our productions such as; home-made type pepper sauce and tomato paste we are continuing to our work that is about producing all kinds of sauce , brine (used for picklingfood) from tomato and pepper in next years.Our firm, which gives value to the quality mostly, declared it with its Certificates such as ISO 9001 in 2000 and ISO 22000 Food Safety Managment System in 2007.ÖNCÜ and RÜYA made their names known both in Turkey and Europa market. Home-made type pepper sauce has %80 share in the market and export % 30-40 of the production to all countries over the world.
