Vi anpassar det digitala samhället till våra barn – inte tvärtom.----Using technology - IoT and AI - SCRIIN helps children and adolecents to reach a health balance between screen time and physical activity. The screens are here to stay and our brain loves them. The screens make us creative, productive and social - in a whole new way. They entertain us and help us keep in touch with our friends. And every time we get a "like" we get a dopamine kick - no wonder we become addicted. But we often sit still when we use them. Our body is made for movement, we need to be active every day to stay healthy. We know technology. We love technology. During our years in the IT industry we have solved many social problems - but also created a new one. We have contributed to a sedentary society. This is not OK. SCRIIN is a team of social entrepreneurs with deep competence in technology, psychology and physical education in schools. We take advantage of technology, we use and take initiative to scientific studies. Our success is measured in social impact and for us that means improved health and digital wellbeing for children and adolescents. We will adapt the digital society to our children - not the other way around.
