Clothes That Work is a non–profit organization managed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Our mission is to empower clients to secure and maintain employment by providing interview and workplace appropriate clothing, confidence building education, and coaching services. Clients are referred to our organization through a network of Referral Partners including other non-profit agencies, educational institutions, job training programs, and governmental organizations. Our services are provided at no cost to job seekers who need help in dressing appropriately for job interviews or the workplace. Clothes That Work relies greatly upon the generous support of the people and organizations within the Dayton region who donate work appropriate clothing, their time, and financial resources.
