We offer our support to multiple users from various sectors.1. EducationWe have a full infrastructure that can be set in placed for a school. We set-up the full network that will encompass the whole campus. We then provide a full-time technician that is based at your school to ensure that any I.T. issue is dealt with immediately. We are fully understanding of the emergence of I.T. within a school and how it has become an integral part of the day to day runnings for not only administrative staff but of the educators and learners. We set in place a content filter and website blocker to ensure that there is management of the network at all times. Over and above the running of the network, we also have the ability to supply hardware to the schools at an incredibly competitive price. We are fully aware of the monetary constraints within the schooling environment and do not believe in placing exorbitant mark-ups on our products. We do not only focus on having SLA's company but also do adhoc work for schools. 2. SMEWe offer two options for the SME's. Companies can either have the SLA in which we offer multiple hours of support within a month or alternatively are available to assist on an adhoc basis. For a company that has got an onsite server, we suggest the SLA, however, we do support companies that wish to move over to the cloud. Our biggest aim is to ensure that a company does not have downtime as downtime is a loss to a company. We encourage our clients to look at moving towards the virtualisation of the office space so that a company's employees can have access to their documents at any time of the day at any place.
