Our purpose is to advance social justice by strengthening the enablers and reducing the barriers to positive social change. We support the work of individuals and organisations who are responding to those in need and developing constructive solutions to social issues.We specialise in the health, community services, education and international development sectors, within Australia and internationally. We foster effective policy and service delivery, sustainable organisations, and ethical approaches.A major focus of our work is expert consultancy with service providers, funders, policy-makers and advocacy organisations. We undertake research and evaluation, review and develop service models, create data management and reporting systems, strengthen organisational systems, and support planning and change management. Our consultancy practice was established in 2010.We also build capability through training and mentoring, and create and share innovative tools, frameworks and approaches for advancing social justice.Our Consultants and Associates have outstanding skills and decades of experience in service planning and implementation, management and governance, research, evaluation and advocacy.
