CrossFit Casco Bay is Maine's longest standing CrossFit facility. Established in 2009, CFCB has been able to foster a one of a kind community that enables members to reach goals they never imagined to be possible. CrossFit Casco Bay is a 7000sf facility (the largest in the state!!!) located at 1000 Congress St in Portland Maine. We are outfitted with over 2000sf of astro turf, Olympic lifting platforms, power racks, and everything else you could imaging to get you into tip top shape. Oh yeah, and we have some pretty sweet trainers as well!
