Gordon Charles is a specialist Hospitality Management Recruitment Company founded in 2010 by Nicholas Charles and Margot Gordon. Gordon Charles is a firm dedicated to the provision of high quality, innovative recruitment services to the Hospitality Industry. Between us we have over 50 years combined experience of sourcing top level candidates to clients and we are both pleased and proud to work for a growing number of fine dining clients who have come to rely and trust in our judgement of finding the calibre of candidate they seek to fill positions within their organisations. Through our close association with a number of other respected recruitment businesses; our capability is to provide Temporary as well as Permanent Personnel at all levels and to a wide range of establishments (hotels and restaurants, bars, rivers cruises, gastropubs, bistros, etc). We combine a personal, tailored approach with expertise and professionalism towards all of our clients and candidates and work with a manageable number of important clients with whom we form inclusive partnerships. In 2015 - Gordon Charles merged with the Hospitality Recruitment division of Silver Lining Recruitment headed up by Maria Tsimpiropoulou, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. This partnership, which is managed by Maria Davies (originally from Greece), is flourishing and we have successfully placed many very experienced and well trained professionals from all over Europe and around the world. We have worked on a number of recruitment campaigns to source large numbers of highly qualified and engaged individuals as well as one off assignments to source key individuals for pivotal roles within organisations. Our burgeoning client base has, in the main, been developed via client referrals.
