Copernus is one of the largest independent suppliers of chilled fish to both the UK and international retail markets – and quite frankly it's something we are pretty proud of here in Hull.Being nestled on the east coast, living in a town that boasted what was historically the UK's third largest port, some would say it's fate that for two generations our family has sat firmly amongst the largest UK suppliers of seafood.We are loyal to our suppliers, customers and service providers which enables us to deliver values and quality throughout the business.The business has come a long way since our late founder Walter Simpson took his first orders over the phone in a local telephone box.
