LDC Teams. The "s" in Teams is intentional as LDC is a team of teams all working towards our LDC Aspiration. Our teams of professional engineers, telecommunication engineers, surveyors, and designers have decades of combined market-leading experience, but that is empty talent if we aren't working toward common goals and have a unified foundation to steer our business. LDC's unified foundation is our Absolutes: Our People, Our Relationships, and Our Reputation. Our People + Our Relationships + Our Reputation = Our SuccessOur teams don't focus on outcomes, we focus on the Absolutes that will drive our business to the successful outcomes we desire. If we make all our business decisions in a manner that stays true to our People, Our Relationships and Our Reputation, we will be successful together.
