We provide sporting equipment and other resources to enable participation in sport amongst disadvantaged communities. That mission, whilst simple, is designed to generate long-lasting and meaningful impact by also enabling the many collateral benefits associated with ongoing participation in sport. Those benefits can include: a. Enhanced physical and mental well-being.b. Reduction in rates of preventable diseases.c. Improved social inclusion.d. Increased cognitive and social skills.We target quality (new and used) sporting and other equipment that would otherwise end up being discarded, and in so doing, seek to reduce the amount of such resources that end up in landfill. We also aim to dissolve financial, geographical and other barriers to participation in sport by facilitating programmes and discussions around active participation in sport and its associated benefits (with an emphasis on health).
