Driving Down's purpose is to help businesses buy their fuel card & fleet costs better. We do this by understanding your current spending. Once we've analysed the results, we let you know if you're buying well or if we think we can help you buy better. This service is completely free of charge & comes with no obligation. If there are ways to save, then we talk you through the various ways we can help and take over as your external fuel card & fleet management partner, either wholly or by assisting your existing team. Help includes: • Switch & auto-switching options : For this service we find you a new supplier & move you onto a pre-approved deal, which means the commercial elements of the agreement safeguard you from rises in margins, fee introduction etc. You're also open to our auto-switch scheme, so if we (or you) find something better, we move you across to a new supplier. We do the work. You have the control. • Supplier Management : We deal directly with your existing supplier & use our market knowledge & insight to get your pricing and commercial elements of your deal to the levels promised when you first opened the account. We also monitor the account over the long term to make sure that the supplier is staying honest. This service is perfect for those who don't want to switch suppliers, but have got sick of the time & effort required to manage an account to keep it cost effective. • Offer Validation : There's plenty of companies putting out prices that sound a bit too good to be true. Well let us validate it for you. We'll look at all prospective suppliers and check whether it's truly a good offer. • Tendering : If you're looking to run a wider fuel card or fleet related tender, we can handle this for you. We'll not only source prices, but we'll analyse the underlying costs, to make sure that what appears a good deal, is a good deal. We'll then make sure that the terms agreed are then delivered as we'll monitor it for the lifetime of the deal.
