We can also discuss new incentives within the rental market and keep you aware of changes in law in terms of your obligations as a Landlord. The management service includes all of the above and in addition we collect your rent monthly and chase late payments. We also facilitate maintenance via a trusted list of suppliers and carryout property inspections on your behalf.
