Sion Young Plants combinesall expertise it has acquired from 1993 onwards with regard to crossing, selectionand cultivation of Phalaenopsis. Many new varieties started their life at Sion.As Phalaenopsis specialists, we have a vast amount of knowledge when it comesto cultivating young plants and have a network of reliable tissue culture labsat our disposal. Furthermore, Sion can also supply the assortment of six otherbreeders in the Netherlands, Germany and Taiwan. This means that Sion hasmanaged to secure itself a position in the top three of young plant and plantbreeding companies in Europe. From now on, this knowledge and experience arealso available to other Phalaenopsis growers; Sion has all the facilities as possiblyneeded for successful production. In Sion's own breeding company in De Lier(Netherlands), new varieties are crossed and tested.
