Simon and I (Jackie) set up the shop in 1997 when mountain biking was on the increase. Since the 2012 Olympics, the focus of the shop has shifted to cater for the increased interest in road cycling. We now offer a huge selection from kids' bikes, hybrids aimed at the leisure and commuter market, right through to top end road and mountain bikes. We stock two mainstream brands, Trek and Specialized, both of whom invest massive R&D and value for money into their products. To entice the customer with a taste for something different, we also offer Italian brands Pinarello and Fondriest. The icing on the cake is our bespoke bike fitting service from which we can either select an off the shelf bicycle or have one custom made to your own requirements by Sarto Antonio - another Italian factory.\\As a shop, we are all about the community. I am on the committee of Cranleigh Cycling Club, and ride regularly on and off road. We also run rides from the shop on Wednesdays and Saturdays - the Saturday Cake Ride has gained in popularity, and even has a Strava segment named for it!\\We are constantly on the lookout for interesting product to stock in the shop, the latest being Early Rider kids' bikes which are new in, just in time for Christmas. We don't want to be just a run of the mill shop.\\With all that said, one of our strengths as far as you, the customer, is concerned, is that we have a depth of stock that makes us a likely port of call for those niggly parts and accessories that you can't find elsewhere. Not just glitz in other words.\\Our mechanics are qualified and give the best service locally, and we have not one but two women working in the shop, so both women and men can feel confident to shop here and ask for advice. We aim to always offer a friendly welcome and sound advice.\\We have an e-commerce site to make it easy for you to order from your desk, but we hope to see in the shop so that we can make your shopping experience the very best we can.
