Publishing

We’re an independent, women-led publisher bound together by the idea that Books. Change. Lives. Starting with just one book in 1987, we now publish more than 400 new titles each year. With millions of books sold and hundreds of national bestsellers, we help talented authors get their stories into the hands of eager readers. We’re constantly learning: we know tomorrow’s opportunities can be discovered only with a passionate desire to explore new ideas. We’re data driven, laser-focused on leveraging facts and trends that help us deliver results for authors, customers, and readers year over year. From top titles in children’s and young adult, to romance, mystery, adult fiction, cookbooks, thrillers, personalized books, calendars, college guides, and beyond, impactful books for every reader are the heart of all we do. We're excited to work with passionate authors, illustrators, booksellers, librarians, educators, and others to create a vibrant future for books. That future is now, and we’re creating it. Thanks for being part of our story. If you’re a book lover who embraces change and believes books change lives, view our open positions here: www.sourcebooks.com/company/careers.html
