The company's pioneering efforts have reshaped communities and resulted in over $750m of investment nationwide.Affiliated was founded in 1982 by Les Burns, originally under the name Burns & Company, and recently celebrated its 35th year in the real estate business. In 2016, Jeff Burns, the company's CEO, partnered with Nick Rojo to re-brand the company under its current name, Affiliated, and to implement additional platforms to help spur the business's future growth and diversity.
