Training: Living Well Courses & Workshops- free and currently online. Mindfulness- free and online for frontline workers Mental Health Courses- Mental Health Awareness, Mental Wellbeing and Resilience, Guide to Wellness Action Plans, Mental Health Awareness in Sports and Physical Activity, Mental Health Awareness for Creative Minds. Funding: Mind in Mid Herts is a financially independent mental health charity in Hertfordshire that is affiliated to national Mind. We are responsible for our own funding and depend on our community.
