The reason behind this low age threshold is attributable to the company's belief of investing in the engineers of the future, training them through a path of professional and human growth.In 2019, the company had a turnover of € 27 million, increasing its value by 300% if compared to 2010. Since the Automotive and Motorsport sectors accounted for 85% of the profit, the management has decided to enter the electrification and artificial intelligence markets by founding a new business unit, EVO. The goal is to diversify the business in view of future market demands, increasingly oriented to this direction.
