Fun and supportive womens fitness cross training including women's group exercise classes, yoga, barre, TRX and enlightened diet and nutrition for weight loss, strength training and flexibility and 3 Boot Camps per year!The NEW OWNERS are fun, upbeat and welcoming of women of all ages and fitness levels. Membership includes access to all the fitness classes, and we're adding Run training and other womens fitness programs all the time. We're adding barre classes and yoga in early 2018, a Runners training program and triathlon training are coming soon. Suspension and dance are also programs we're considering, so call to see. Better than a gym membership because you become part of a cohesive group of women supporting each other's health and fitness. Take a variety of workouts throughout the week, our morning yoga and crossfit, classes start at 5am, before kids wake up and we offer evening and weekend exercise classes too.
