Due to the economic hardships spreading across the country, in 2013 Universal Hands decided to expand its vision and started providing work from home opportunities to independent contractors and employees. In 2015, Universal Hands expanded into the Call Center industry. Universal Hands now services many Fortune 500 clients through Customer service, Sales, and Technical support. Universal Hands provides employment for W-2 employees and job opportunities to 1099 independent contractor.
