Rebound with Resilience is a training provider and podcast committed to raising the resilience, empathy mental wellness of our nation. We provide opportunities for people with disabilities (PWDs) to give assembly talks and also deliver niche experiential training programmes focused on cultivating resilience and mental wellness.
