Adelaide West Physio + Pilates was founded as a reaction against the average private physio clinic. We are a little bit different, but we are proud of it. For example, how many physio practices have professional development twice a week?Adelaide West Headache Clinic was created in 2014 when Russell completed the Watson Headache Certification and it signalled his focus on helping headache and migraine sufferers.We fully endorse the McKenzie Method because at its guts is the idea that people should learn as much as they can about their condition and how to manage it. That happens throughout the assessment process as well as the treatment and management.We love and embrace the knowledge of pain neuroscience and the principle of taking a biopsychosocial approach to our patient's problems.We have four areas of particular interest:- low back pain - headache and migraine- persistent pain- osteoarthritisWe see success as helping our patients achieve their goals of reducing their medication needs, reducing their need to be attending appointments at doctors or other health professionals, and getting back to all the things that they love without the fear or pain or re-injury.This might sound a bit fancy, but we have some core values that we uphold:1.
