Town Center for Eating Disorders offers Intensive Outpatient Programs for Adolescents, College Age and Adults suffering from Eating Disorders. We are a gender inclusive program providing individualized care to address Eating Disorders and their co-existing disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Body Image Disturbance, Substance Use, Trauma/PTSD and OCD as well as underlying issues. Each patient works with a multidisciplinary treatment team with more than 20 years of experience in the Eating Disorder field. Our team includes a psychiatrist, two psychologists, and a registered dietician who have collaborated for the past 15 years.This highly effective program is tailored to meet the psychological and nutritional needs of each client. We work closely with our clients to develop and practice healthy coping skills to replace maladaptive patterns of behavior. Our team is dedicated to empower our clients and their families to recover by understanding and working through underlying issues. We are aware that the individual who comes to the Town Center for Eating Disorders is not the only one affected. The process of recovering from an Eating Disorder can be challenging for the individual as well as family members. We strongly recommend that the family participates in our Family Program where they gain the support and education so that they too can be part of the recovery process. Recovery is a team effort and TCED is part of your recovery team.
