Creating a boutique community offering that takes into account 4 key training principles in the form of Pits (challenges) whilst keeping a key focus on the realms that challenge outside of the physical. Our 4 Pits are:- Fight Pit : MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing- High Performance Pit : Inspired by professional athlete workouts with focus on functional movement- Composure Pit : includes Yoga, Tai Chi & Stretching classes- Lift Pit : A forgotten component in common boutique clubs, a workout focusing on controlled weight lifting techniques to get a full body burn targeting hypertrophy and strength improvementsWe invest in our members by welcoming them without unnecessary joining fees and long term obligations, we provide them with:- Gym bag- Yoga mat- Boxing gloves- Water bottle- Tank topWe are firm believers in helping people on their wellbeing journey not deterring them.Pre-launch sales set to start late December 2018!
