Excell Construction was founded in 2004 by Baldemar Puga, a San Antonio Native. Balde, as he's known in the field, has been in the commercial construction industry in various capacities for over 25 years. Even with a highly capable skilled staff, his "hands ON" attitude is what speaks directly to the quality and standard of work clients can and do expect from Excell Construction. Our trained field-men have years experience working in occupied spaces, and their professional manner allows clients and clients representatives to feel comfortable giving instruction or approaching face to face in the space with questions. Our field crew consists of in-house painters, carpenters, and drywallers. Our office staff includes a Corporate CPM with over 15 years experience in the industry. As a GM we specialize in tenant finish out, retail offices, restaurants, MOBs, and stand alone Clinics.A project proposal from Excell Construction includes all materials needed to complete a project in full. Our staff will always work to provide a proposal promptly, schedule and complete a project efficiently, and closeout including invoice timely!
