Areion Assets Management Private Limited ("AAMPL") is the Investment Manager of Areion Special Situation Fund ("ASSF"), established as a ("Trust") under the Indian Trusts Act,1882 and registered with Security and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund ("AIF") with effect from March 22, 2019.The main objective of this fund is investing in entities experiencing financial stress or distress, or showing a potential for distress, last mile funding, working capital mismatch.The securities on which we invest include debt and / or equity securities in companies or assets of companies in India or abroad that are experiencing financial stress or distress, by holding security receipts ("SRs") issued under the various schemes of trusts declared by Asset Reconstruction Companies ("ARCs") or securitisation companies.Our fund is sector agnostic which means that we are sector unbiased and we invest in a variety of sectors.
