We are an independent health and social care provider, offering personalised care and support services throughout the UK to people in the comfort of their own homes.We established our first company, Calon Lan Community Care, in 2005 which operates throughout North Wales. In 2009 We decided to build on the success of Calon Lan and began to offer our services to people and communities throughout the rest of the UK, under the name of Blue Ribbon Community Care.Our expanding organisation is going from strength to strength but the personal touch is never lost. This is achieved through having a local office and a local management team close to you, meaning all of our services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community.
