During this time, he acquired close to one million square feet of industrial and retail properties in New York and Pennsylvania.In 1996, after years of experience managing real estate in New York, that Mr. Sabbagh recognized a potentially lucrative development opportunity in Downtown Manhattan. Two years ahead of the Wall Street residential boom he acquired 24 John Street.
