Innovative Investments LLC is a local real-estate investment and development company owned and operated by Business Partners Mat Clark and Heather Walker Clark. The company was started with the vision that "all people deserve to live in quality housing,"​ with a litmus test for quality as "if we won't live in it, we won't rent it."​ Mat and Heather are also married and have 3 sons - Jarred, Jayden, & Josiah. Their latest venture is a 3-acre downtown, planned, mixed-use, re-development called Intersect 311 where residential, office, co-work, event, retail, commercial, & community come together for one purpose - to bring people of all backgrounds for all reasons to one cool place downtown to live, work, and play. Heather and Mat also live, work, and play downtown and Heather serves as Secretary on the Downtown Jonesboro Association (DJA) Board of Directors. Mat serves as Contractor for all new construction and Heather serves as property manager and office administrator.
