Rochester Wellness is a support system for families of patients with challenging medical conditions. We are specialized in several disciplines dedicated to patient-centered care for the sick & elderly. These inpatient, outpatient & community care programs provide a secondary level of care to complement the existing medical infrastructure in the UAE & Oman. Our medical disciplines are: i) Residential care for chronic patients (usually elderly & requiring long-term care eg. stroke). ii) Post-hospital rehabilitation & recovery (usually any age group with a physical disability or orthopedic impairment, typically short-term eg. hip/knee replacement or acute spinal cord injury from road accidents). iii) Home nursing care for families who need help and wish to maintain the health of their family member at home. This may also be complemented by home rehabilitation services. Every program is unique to patient needs. All non-invasive rehabilitation services are performed, organized and structured under the supervision of an experienced physician & rehabilitation specialists. We cater to patients who require comprehensive, convalescent &/or geriatric rehabilitation services in a non-hospitalized environment.
