He has Master degree in Public Administration from Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transportation in Cairo - The League of Arab State at which he was awarded for outstanding academic achievement, Finishing Master of Islamic philosophy from Cairo university, and Bachelor degree in Arabic and Islamic science . Fayyad has got a professional courses in teaching Arabic as foreign language specially the one from London , Diploma of Islamic sciences, calligraphy and computer courses, . Fayyad worked in Education schools and centers to teach computer sciences and Arabic.Fayyad has volunteered in an NGO as president to serve the Education process of the local community. Through these experiences, he developed strong and diverse experience in Education, strategic planning, programs monitoring and evaluation, policy advising and analysis in governmental sector,establishing partnerships especially in international context, developing initiatives, negotiation and developing agreements, project coordination and implementation and managerial skills.
