AAHS was established as a delivery platform to facilitate private investment by superannuation fund Hesta into the Affordable and Community Housing sector. The Company aims to make a meaningful social impact, not only through providing capital to the sector, but also to develop investable models that address social and affordable housing challenges. Since inception, AAHS has grown to be one of the largest Approved Participants in the delivery of affordable rental housing for low to moderate income households under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
