Accepted to one of the most prestigious pre-accelerators in London (London Business School Launchpad), Unimusic is an e-learning start-up that is building software to revolutionize online music lessons by combining all teaching tools and resources into one ecosystem. Through artificial intelligence and data analytics, we're building technology to surpass in-person music lessons in both access and learning experience.Online live music lessons have allowed many music lovers around the world to learn their favorite instrument without paying expensive fees or spending hours trying to find a good teacher nearby. The pandemic has undoubtedly accelerated the transition to online music teaching. However, our market research revealed that many teachers and students have negative experiences with online teaching. "I can't see your hands!", "which page are you playing?", "can you please send me 17 pictures of your sheet music?" are some of the most common things said during online lessons. Simply, people are annoyed by these things and many teachers and students quit online lessons. Seeing these problems, our founders couldn't wait any longer. We launched Unimusic with the vision to use technology to create the best online music learning experience, empowering musicians around the world to pursue their passion!Our founders are currently master's students at London Business School. Although we come from different parts of the world, we all have one thing in common: we have an undergraduate degree in music, and we are the biggest music lovers! Our founders team represents prestigious institutions including NYU Abu Dhabi, Eastman School of Music, London Business School and Royal Conservatory of Music. Our team consists of award-winning pianist and composer, and former consultant and investment banker.
