Mr Pradeep Deshpande started the enterprise Pune Energy Control Devices Pvt Ltd (PECD) in the year 2000. The enterprise started with Electrostatic Oil Filtration System which we also term as Microcare Electrostatic Oil Cleaners. Under our popular brand Microcare, we have manufactured over 2000 machines. With our 300+ clients, we have the installed bases of our machines all over the world.Some of our key Microcare products are -1. Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purification Systems - This oil purification system is predominantly used for removing dissolved moisture, and entrapped gasses and air. It stops the generation of sludge and sticky matter in Hydrocarbons Fluids eliminating the risk of Machine Breakdown thereby increasing the throughput of the machine. 2. Mechanical Filtration Systems - This is a unique platform where we offer either single or combination of different filtration technologies in order to facilitate flexibility to our users to clean the oil as per their requirement.3. Tan Reduction Systems for preventing acid formation - In Hydroelectric or steam turbines where oil in the system is rarely drained, such inadequate filtration causes bacterial growth, sludge and tendency of varnish formation. Tan Reduction System is an effective way of controlling such challenges faced in these Turbines.
