Nissint's employee have degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as experience as both government civilians and as contractors on technical programs, and are well-suited to provide services to the Defense Community. We have work on a wide variety of programs. We try to have around three positions at any given time for each employee, so they have the opportunity to make a change, if they desire different work or want to pursue new skills. We are also very family oriented, as many of us have spouses and/or children. Our main focus is to provide a lot of flexibility to facilitate a good work/life balance.
