United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (CP Unlimited).CP Unlimited was formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS. Our new name better reflects our wide array of services and programs and the diversity of people with disabilities that our agency supports.CP Unlimited is a broad based multi-service organization providing services and programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In the NYC metropolitan area, the agency operates an extensive community based living program, day habilitation programs, and community habilitation services. CP Unlimited focuses on giving people the personal, social, and vocational supports needed to live in their communities. Care coordination is provided to assist persons with disabilities and their families in gaining access to service and support appropriate to their needs. Metro Services also provides rehabilitation, nursing, behavioral, dietary and Article 16 services including counseling, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
