Health services are offered on a sliding fee scale allowing patients access to care at their ability to pay. In addition, the Good Sam Urban Farm provides fresh produce for the FoodRX Program. The FoodRX Program provides nutritional food items to individuals and families suffering from nutritional related diseases for a low co-pay of $5 for an entire 8 week period. Soon to be added is a partnership with Urban Perform to open an on-site gym for the community.Good Sam was launched in 1998 and has since expanded to its current location on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.The mission of Good Sam is "Spreading Christ's love through quality healthcare"​.Good Sam is entirely donor funded.
