Since 2005, Shinecity has specialized in the termination of high quality CLI traffic into Bangladesh. Our capacity is such that we have multiple STM1s as you would expect from a route specialist. We have submarine redundancy to avoid such issues as unexpected fiber cuts. As a result, our availability is excellent.Our routes are supported by the latest innovations in Genband switching systems, providing a robust and stable routing solution. Meanwhile, our state-of-the-art QoS system proactively monitors essential route parameters (CLI, FAS, MoS) so that we can take swift remedial action if we encounter any route quality issues. Our supplier table includes many leading tier1 telcos, allowing us an impressive routing depth with the ability to re-route efficiently and effectively, thereby ensuring on-going provision of service where others may fail.
