History Medco operation in Oman started in January of 2006 with oil production in Karim Fields, a field outsourced by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). Through aggressive infill drilling of more than 300 wells and application of secondary recovery, the Company was able to increase more than double the production from 11,000 BOPD to a peak of 22,600 BOPD.
