Sales Fraternity is a recruitment agency specialising in Sales Staff at all levels. It's members consist of ex sales professionals that have all experienced a similar need over the years and that was to find good quality salespeople. The whole process in the acquisition of good staff was deemed to be time-consuming and often proved to be a futile exercise. Potential candidates would be sent to a client by people, not qualified in assessing the necessary skills required by a salesperson to meet the specific sales task.
