ODHE is a citizen initiative that identifies and evaluates the activities of the transnational companies in relation to the respect and compliance with the International Human Rights Law. Its geographical area of work are the Maghreb and Mashreq regions.ODHE registers, systematizes and analyzes violations of political and social rights to obtain conclusions on violated rights, actors involved and operational contexts, among others. Based on these trends, ODHE provides recommendations for political, economic and social actors.ODHE is a project of SUDS and NOVACT, with the collaboration of the Human Rights Institute of Catalonia (IDHC), the Center d'Estudis per la Pau Delàs, the Catalan International Civil Service and the Transnational Institute (TNI)
