Who are We? I started Zap Property Preservation, LLC with the skills I learned for working for another fantastic local Property Preservation company. My purpose, initially was to help create jobs in our community and specifically to create an opportunity for my son to come home to who was serving in the US Army at the time. Years later I have come to realize how much I enjoy working in this industry and what a great feeling it is to know that we are helping our economy become stronger with each job we help create. My son Zachary has since come home safe, with a Purple Heart in hand and two Tours of Duty under his belt. I feel thankful that I was able to establish our company Zap... for Zack and Pam. We are very hard workers and we bring with us integrity and pride in what we do. We currently work with several National organizations but we would like to work closer to home with local REO brokers who would like to have another local company put in the work needed to help get their REO homes sold. Zap offers an array of services that protect and preserve our client's collateral throughout the period of the foreclosure process or the sale of property. We thoroughly understand our client's needs and stay on top of the continual changes in all investor/insurer guidelines, ensuring all work are completed in accordance with the applicable specification. ZaP Property Preservation currently services the Sacramento area, greater Placer County, Yolo and greater Yuba County.
