Ozarks Academy is a private, independent, classical and Christian school operating on an historic acre in the heart of Springfield, Missouri. Our purpose is to offer a hand to parents in their task of educating their children, and to cultivate rigorous and joyful learning among k-12 students to the glory of God. Our pursuit of Biblical education is served by the classical study of the trivium (grammar, logic, and rhetoric) and liberal arts. With modifications for our time and Christian purpose, we are building on the various forms of schooling received by those such as American founders Adams, Madison, and Jonathan Edwards, and by those before them from the medieval universities of Europe to the Godly scholars in the ancient Greek and Hebrew traditions.
