Inspire Conversation. Measure Results. Do you want to close the employee engagement gap by offering a new team-building activity and enhance workforce collaboration? Do you want to facilitate meaningful face-to-face conversations over shared interests? Corporate meeting planners, CMO's, and HR executives know that face-to-face can change the game. Why leave it to chance? Proxfinity's technology uses a wearable to visually identify people with shared interests when they are close enough for a face-to-face conversation and gathers actionable data sets unlike any other in the industry. For example, we can tell you which topics people connect on and which are the most effective for creating enduring employee engagement across departments and seniority levels, and between people of different backgrounds. Our patented technology platform, consisting of a networking smart badge wearable, an app and data dashboards, accelerates and amplifies in-person relationship building and networking.
