Versatile Mentorship Programme is a programme initiated to provide mentorship to learners who have the potential to reach top level but needs guidance. It was founded in 2015 to provide mentors to identified learners so that they can see themselves through their academic years. The programme has provided a platform where identified individuals can have access to resources such as bursary & university applications. Moreover, it uses mentorship to help in self-realization & social development of these learners. Having started on a small scale, VMP has managed to have almost all its matriculated mentees gaining access to university & is still to make sure that more & more of its members follow this path as this is part of its vision & mission. VMP hopes to reach out to learners who have not been identified & provide the little it can as this will be part of community building.
