The Company focuses its business and long term investment in hotel and real estate development. For the investment in hotel, the Company will focuses mainly on the investment in international and globally managed brand of 4-5 star hotels such as the Starwood Hotel & Resort Worldwide, Inc. (currently well-known as Marriott International) and Hyatt International Group. These five star hotels aim to target medium to high end local and foreign customers, tourists having high purchasing power. For hotel investment in Bangkok Metropolitan, the Company choses to invest in hotels that are located in central business district with prime locations for example, The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel and The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel where will be a new hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 13 under the Company's business plan after the Company officially entered into a hotel management agreement with an authorized representative of the Hyatt International Group on 13 November 2012.For the investment in real estate development business, the Company focuses on quick short term return on investment and chooses to develop the properties that are located in prime locations, with convenience transportation, and variety of facilities are located nearby such as the Trendy Condominium and Hyde Sukhumvit the latest high-end residential Project located at the entrance of Sukhumvit Soi 13, which are located close to the convenient mass rapid transportations (BTS and MRT). The Company strategically secured and selected projects that suit for medium to high income buyers both local and foreign, who require residential accommodation in close proximity to the business districts.
